Manufacturing Scope
Four Ways Brands and Buyers Work With Our Plant
OEM, ODM, private label or volume supply — the same in-house engineering and quality system behind every program.
Manufacture to your approved specification
Already have drawings, specs or a reference sample
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing): We manufacture to your approved specification — your drawings, dimensions, materials, finish and packaging. You own the design and intellectual property.
Build to Your SpecificationDevelop the vise with our engineering team
Have a product idea or market positioning
ODM (Original Design Manufacturing): Our engineering team develops the vise design, construction, finish and packaging from your brief — whether that is a market concept, performance target or adaptation of a proven model. Factory proposes the design; buyer approves before production.
Develop a Vise From Your BriefBrand a proven bench vise model with your logo
Need to launch a proven product fast, branded
Private Label: Your brand, finish and packaging on an existing validated model — no tooling development, no structural changes. Fastest route from concept to delivery.
Launch on a Proven PlatformConfigure workshop package deals
Procuring for garages, schools or institutional workshops
Large-run production for distributors, hardware chains, tool retailers and industrial buyers, with locked specifications, batch traceability and consistent fit and finish across reorders.

Manufacturing Capability
Inside the Plant
Every process below runs in-house. Nothing critical is subcontracted.
Casting & Forging
Ductile iron and forged steel bodies cast and hammered on site, with precision machining to 0.05 mm positional accuracy and computer-optimized nesting to control material waste.
CNC Machining
CNC-machined jaw faces, guides and slide channels hold tight tolerances for smooth, accurate clamping. Hardened jaws reach 58–62 HRC.
Heat Treatment
Jaws and screw rods induction-hardened to 58–62 HRC for long service life, with controlled hardness verified on every batch.
Surface Finish
Powder coating, electrostatic painting or brushed finish in your colors and texture — with RoHS-compliant materials and custom logo marking.
Assembly and Adjustment
Each vise follows a 100-point assembly checklist signed off by the line lead — slide, screw, swivel base, jaw alignment and handle fitment.
Export Packing
Each vise is oiled, wrapped and export-grade packed, with printed retail cartons and molded inserts available.
Quality Control
How Every Vise Is Verified
Quality is a documented process, not a promise. Here is what happens to your order before it ships.
- 01
Incoming Material QC
Iron, steel, jaw inserts and hardware are quarantined until QC sign-off. Castings and stock undergo hardness, tensile and chemical-composition testing before any batch enters the line.
- 02
In-Process Checkpoints
QC checkpoints at every production stage, with machined samples pulled and dimensionally verified against the batch standard.
- 03
Clamping & Hardness Test
Every jaw face is hardness-tested to 58–62 HRC, and every sliding screw is cycled to verify smooth, accurate clamping with no binding across the full opening.
- 04
Structural Verification
Clamping force, jaw parallelism, slide alignment and swivel-base lock are verified against the specification before final inspection.
- 05
Final Inspection
100-point checklist per vise, plus dimensional and weight verification against the approved sample.
- 06
Batch Traceability
Every material lot receives a unique ERP number. Each vise’s bill of materials links back to the original supplier batch. Records retained 10 years.
Development Process
From Specification to Finished Product
Requirement intake through finished goods — every step inside our own plant.
- 01
Requirement Intake
We collect your specification, target market, compliance requirements and volume forecast. NDA signed before any file exchange.
- 02
Engineering Review
Jaw width, opening, body material, screw design and finish are assessed for manufacturability. You receive a written report with cost drivers identified.
- 03
Sample Development
A prototype is machined and assembled to confirm geometry, clamping feel, finish and weight. Ships in 7–14 days.
- 04
Sample Approval
You sign off on the physical sample. Nothing enters production until the golden sample is approved and archived as the batch reference.
- 05
Batch Production
Manufactured in our own plant under the QC process above, with batch traceability to material lot level.
- 06
Export-Ready Delivery
Oiled, wrapped, boxed, documented and handed over ready for export.
The approved sample is the contract. Every vise in the batch is measured against it.
