The Story

From Challenge to Delivered Vises

The Challenge

The brand was new to workholding and had no casting or machining capability. Vises had to carry the brand's identity in the casting and packaging, meet EU compliance, and land together for the retail launch.

Our Solution

Three proven medium-duty platforms specified per model, brand casting marks and laser-engraved jaws, CE documentation package, and a two-batch production schedule aligned to the launch date.

Controlled Delivery

Quality & Delivery Control Lines

Quality and Inspection Controls

Quality Basis:

Approved sample, technical specification, customer-approved BOM, artwork reference and packing requirements.

Inspection Focus:

  • Jaw hardness verification (58-62 HRC) per batch
  • Clamping force testing per model
  • Swivel base torque and locking verification
  • Branding and engraving accuracy
  • Package, label and manual completeness per market

Issue Control:

Non-conforming items were placed under controlled hold and re-inspected after approved corrective action.

Evidence:

Batch-level inspection records and packing checks retained by project, linked to the approved sample and specification.

Production and Delivery Controls

Planning Inputs:

Approved sample · final artwork · accessory configuration · packaging readiness · confirmed order quantity.

Milestones:
