Start a Custom Bench Vise Project

The 6" Medium-Duty Bench Vise is our best-selling bench vise — a ductile-iron all-rounder for home, trade and light industrial use. Front and back pivot-and-lock positioning lets operators set the angle and lock it firmly, while replaceable hardened jaws and a flat anvil surface cover clamping, flattening and shaping in one compact tool.

Construction and materials

The body is cast in ductile iron for higher impact resistance than grey iron, then CNC-machined and finished with hardened replaceable jaws at 58–62 HRC. The front and back pivot-and-lock mechanism holds the work at the chosen angle, and the integrated anvil provides a solid surface for flattening and light striking.

Tested like every Stavalk vise

Each unit is tested for clamping force, jaw hardness, pivot-lock torque and 10,000+ cycle durability, followed by a 48-hour salt-spray corrosion test. Batch test logs ship with the batch documentation under full ERP traceability.
