Start a Custom Bench Vise Project

The Light Fixed Anvil Plate Vise is the default starting point for most new tool brands. A compact cast-iron body on a fixed anvil plate delivers smooth, reliable clamping for home workshops, hobby repairs and light maintenance — engineered so your first branded workshop line starts with a dependable workhorse.

Construction and materials

The body is cast in grey cast iron (HT200), machined on our CNC lines and finished with a precision-ground slide. The jaws are hardened serrated plates at 58–62 HRC, pressed against the workpiece with a smooth ACME screw that keeps every clamping force reading within spec. A built-in anvil and optional pipe jaws extend the vise across everyday bench tasks.

Tested like every Stavalk vise

Each unit is checked for clamping force, swivel torque, jaw hardness and 10,000+ cycle durability, then finished with a 48-hour salt-spray corrosion test. Batch test logs are kept with full ERP traceability and shipped with the batch documentation.
