The Lightweight Movable Anvil Vise is a light bench vise with a movable anvil plate for holding fittings, angle stock and small parts at natural working angles. A best-selling entry model for value lines and retail brands.

Construction and materials

Cast in lightweight grey cast iron (HT200), the body is CNC-machined for a precise slide fit. Hardened jaws at 58–62 HRC deliver reliable clamping force, and the movable anvil plate pivots the workpiece to the best angle for filing, trimming and finish work. A smooth ACME screw keeps every clamping force reading within spec.

Tested like every Stavalk vise

Each unit is checked for clamping force, jaw hardness and 10,000+ cycle durability, then finished with a 48-hour salt-spray corrosion test. Batch test logs are kept with full ERP traceability and shipped with the batch documentation.
