Quality Testing — Seven-Stage Inspection, Zero Compromise
From incoming material to pre-shipment release, every bench vise passes clamping force, hardness, torque, durability and corrosion tests.
Stavalk operates a documented seven-stage inspection process that tracks every vise from incoming raw material through final pre-shipment release. Each production batch is tested for clamping force at rated capacity, jaw hardness by Rockwell C (58–62 HRC), swivel-base torque, and a minimum 10,000-cycle open-close durability test. Corrosion resistance is validated by a 48-hour minimum salt-spray exposure per applicable standards. The quality system holds CE marking under EN ISO 12100 and Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 and RoHS compliance. Third-party inspections from SGS, TÜV, Bureau Veritas and Intertek are welcomed and routinely scheduled at the buyer''s request.

What certifications does Stavalk hold, and how can buyers verify them?+
Stavalk holds CE marking (EN ISO 12100, Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC), ISO 9001:2015 quality management, ISO 14001 environmental management and RoHS compliance. Certificate scope and validity can be confirmed through the certification body's public register or by requesting copies directly from Stavalk.
Are test results documented per batch?+
Yes. Every production lot is accompanied by an inspection record that includes dimensional measurements, Rockwell hardness readings, clamping-force values, swivel-torque data and salt-spray test results, along with photographs of key inspection steps. Material certificates and dimensional reports are included in the shipment documentation.
Can Stavalk samples be tested independently by the buyer?+
Yes. Stavalk supports first-article inspection (FAI) and witness testing on request. Buyers may send their own inspector or designate a third-party lab to perform independent verification on production samples before bulk shipment is released.
